対象年齢：平熱モード…7歳以上、微熱モード…9歳以上プレイ人数：2～8人 プレイ時間：5～10分
①ゲーム開始時に７種類のカードをそれぞれ１枚ずつ抜いて表向きに脇に並べておきます。
②残ったカードをよく切り裏向きにして山札とします。
③全プレイヤーに８枚ずつ手札を配ります。
④適当な方法でスタートプレイヤーを決めます。
⑤山札の上から、平熱モードなら１枚をめくり山札の横に表向きにして並べます。微熱モードは２枚をめくり重ねず並べて置きます。これらを捨て札置き場とします（つまり微熱モードは捨て札置き場が２箇所あることになります）。
⑥スタートプレイヤーから時計回りで手番を行います。手番で行えることは、全ての捨て札置き場の１番上のカードと異なるカードを手札から１枚出すか、山札の１番上から１枚引くかのどちらかです。山札から引いた場合、それだけで手番が終了します。
（捨て札置き場の１番上のカードは出すことができない禁止カードです）
⑦手番に手札から出したカードで、出した時に効果が発生するカードがあります（→後述）。この場合は効果を処理してから次のプレイヤーの番となります。
⑧「ウイルス」カードは特殊なカードです。ウイルスを出す時は、手札の「発熱」カードを１枚他のプレイヤーに公開してから出します。「発熱」を持っていないと「ウイルス」を出せません。
また、「発熱」を持っているかいないかに関わらず、「ウイルス」を１枚出す代わりに「ウイルス」をちょうど３枚合わせて出すこともできます。
⑨最初に手札を０枚にしたプレイヤーの勝利です。残り一人になるまでゲームを続けることを推奨しますが、前もって●人抜けたら終了等と決めておいても構いません。
なお、微熱モードの場合は最後の１枚を「マスク」カードであがることはできません。
--カードを出した時に発生する特殊効果について--
くしゃみ…手札の「ウイルス」カードを好きなプレイヤーに１枚押し付けることができます。
注射…手札の「ウイルス」か「発熱」カードをさらに捨てることができます。この時、出せるカードの縛りは無視します（禁止されていても捨てることができます）。
氷枕…手札の「発熱」カードをさらに好きなだけ捨てることができます。この時、出せるカードの縛りは無視します（禁止されていても捨てることができます）。
マスク…他のプレイヤーからくしゃみで「ウイルス」を押し付けられそうになった時に、手札のマスクを公開して防ぐことができます。公開するだけですので禁止されていても使えます。防いだ場合、そのウイルスカードはくしゃみを出したプレイヤーの手札に戻ります。
※手番でマスクを出した時には何の効果もありません
頭痛…カードを１種指定し、脇に並べてあったところからそのカードを取り自分の前に置きます。次の自分の手番が来るまでそのカードは禁止カードとなり、全プレイヤーはそのカードを手番で出すことができません。次の自分の手番が来ると脇にカードを戻します。
※ウイルス、発熱、マスクはカードを出した時には何の効果もありません。
※注射や氷枕で追加でカードを捨てる場合、先に注射や氷枕を捨て札置き場に置いてその後に追加カードを置きます。微熱モード等の場合、追加カードをどちらの捨て札置き場に置いてもよく、複数の発熱カードを２つの捨て札置き場に分けて置くこともできます。
--こんな時どうする？ ～Q&A～--
・頭痛のカードで何らかのカードが禁止されている時に自分もそのカードを禁止カードとしたい場合、前にそれを禁止したプレイヤーの前に禁止の証として置いているカードを受け取り自分の前に置きなおすことによって、引き続き禁止となり次の自分の番が来るまで禁止が続きます。
-Instructions-
(1)Dealer remove a card from each category. Place your cards face up and set them aside.
(2)Shuffle rest of the cards, Place them on the deck face down.
(3)Deal 8 cards to each players(That is hand).
(4)Choose the start player.
(5)On normal mode, draw a card from the deck and place it next to the deck face up.
On slight fever mode, draw 2 cards and place them sideways. these cards will be on the discard pile.
(6)Start to play as clockwise. On your turn, you can play with your card that is not same type of card as the card on top of discard pile. Or, draw a card from the deck. (move over to next player if you draw a card from the deck). * The card on top of the discard pile is banned card.
(7)There are specific cards will have a special ability when it's your turn. ( described in below)
If you have those cards on your hand, then you must to take an advantages from those cards while it's on your turn. then move on to next player.
(8)VIRUS is the special card. You must show your FEVER card first if you are going use VIRUS card before you use VIRUS card. you can't use VIRUS card unless you have FEVER card. Or Instead of use one VIRUS card with FEVER card, you can just use 3 VIRUS cards either you have FEVER card or not.
(9) The player with no hand at first win the game.
The game will be over when ●players are out of the game. But encourage you to continue to play until last person left. You can't be out of the game if you have MASK on last hand on slight fever mode.
（Special abilities）
Sneeze…You can force your VIRUS card to other player.
Injection…You can discard your VIRUS or FEVER card additionally even if it's banned card.
Ice pack…You can discard even more of your FEVER card on your hand. ( you don't have to follow the rules of banned card when are you applying Ice pack).
Mask…You can block by showing a MASK when other player is forcing you VIRUS by sneezing.
Even It's a banned card, you can still use it to just to open your hand. when you blocked sneeze, the VIRUS going back to the palyer's hand who sneezed.
* There is no effectiveness on MASK when it's on your turn.
Headache…Choose one type of card from those cards that was set them aside, and then place them in front of you. Those cards will be banned card until your next turn comes, other players can't use them when it's their turn. You put it back on your next turn.
※VIRUS, FEVER, and MASK those card will not have any affection when you use it from your hand.
※On normal mode, when you are discarding cards additionally ｂｙ using INJECTION or ICE PACK, you must place those cards to discard pile first.
On slight fever mode, you can discard your cards additionally to the discard piles that is placed it by two by using INJECTION or ICE PACK.
