対象年齢：9歳以上プレイ人数：3～4人 プレイ時間：10～15分
ゲームデザイン：レイ
①ゲーム開始時に「発熱」「くしゃみ」２枚ずつ「注射」「頭痛」「マスク」「氷枕」
１枚ずつ計８枚を抜き、よく切り各プレイヤーに２枚ずつ裏向きにして配ります。
これらは禁止カードであり、本人のみが確認した後に伏せておきます。
３人プレイ時に残ったカードはゲームで使用しません。
②「ウイルス」を１枚抜き、場の脇に置いておきます。
このモードで「頭痛」の効果で禁止できるカードはウイルスのみであり、これに使用します。
③残ったカードをよく切り裏向きにして山札とします。
④全プレイヤーに１０枚ずつ手札を配ります。
⑤山札の上から１枚をめくり山札の横に表向きに置き、捨て札置き場とします。
⑥手番の進行方法などは平熱モードと同じです。捨て札置き場と異なるカードを出します。また、最初に配られた２枚の禁止カードはそのプレイヤーが出すことのできないカードを意味しますが、無視して出しても構いません。
⑦禁止カードなのに無視して出してきたと予測した場合に、そのカードを出した瞬間から
効果の処理に入る前（効果を持たないカードなら次プレイヤーの手番にうつる前）に
他の全プレイヤーは「仮病！」と宣告することができます。宣告があった場合、
カードを出したことが確定せず、先に「仮病判定」を行います。
「仮病！」の宣告が複数人からあった場合、一番早かったプレイヤーが優先されます。
ほとんど同時だった場合は宣告されたプレイヤーから時計回りに近いプレイヤーが優先です。
⑧「仮病判定」を行います。
宣告されたプレイヤーは、それが禁止カードでないなら何も見せず禁止でないことを発表します。
それが禁止カードであったなら、伏せていたその禁止カードを公開します。
もし禁止カード２枚が両方とも同じカードだったならどちらか１枚だけを公開します。
「仮病！」宣告が成功したなら、宣告対象のプレイヤーに対して
いらない手札を２枚押し付けます。その結果手札が０枚ならあがりとなります。
宣告されたプレイヤーが出そうとしたカードはそのプレイヤーの手元に戻ります。
「仮病！」宣告が失敗したなら、山札からカードを２枚引きます。
宣告されたプレイヤーが出そうとしたカードを通常通り処理します。
禁止カードを公開したプレイヤーは代わりに山札から１枚引き、それを新たな禁止カードとします。但し、この時「ウイルス」を引いた場合は捨て札置き場の１番下に入れ、
「ウイルス」以外のカードを引くまで同じことを繰り返します。
⑨最初に手札を０枚にしたプレイヤーの勝利です。
最後の１枚を「マスク」であがることはできますが禁止カードであがることはできません。あがった際に禁止カードを２枚とも公開します。
１人あがりが出た時点でゲーム終了です。
--こんな時どうする？ ～Q&A～--
(1)Dealer removes 2 of cards each from FEVER and SNEEZE, Remove the card one of each from INJECTION,HEADACHE and ICE PACK, total 8 cards,
shuffle them and dealt 2 cards to each player.
These cards are banned cards and you can confirm it before put them face down.
the remaining cards will not be used if you're playing the 3 people.
(2)Dealer removes a VIRUS and set aside.
on this mode,the banned card would be only the virus card by using the ability of HEADACHE. It can be use to this mode.
(3)Shuffle the remaining cards into a draw deck face down.
(4)Deal 10 cards to each players. That is as hand.
(5)Draw a card from the deck and place it next to the deck face up.
That is the discard pile.
(6)How to procedure of turns is same on nomal mode.
Even though those cards are banned cards,
when you got it when the game started, butYou can still use those two cards.
(7)if you see the players try to use the banned cards on their turn,
other players can block of the ability on those cards,
by saying "faking sick" before it will affect to the cards.
( you can block before goes to the next player if the card have no ability).
(8)if there is declare of "judgement of faking sick" from other players,
the first player who say " faking sick" will start to take of "judgement of faking sick".
if the declare was made almost at the same time from more than one player,
the player who is closer to clockwise takes precedence from declared player.
(9)How to proceed of "judgement of faking sick"
the player who received "faking sick", you must to make an anouncement that the card is not
a banned card without open your hand.
if your card is the banned card, you have to show your card that has been facing down.
if you have same type of banned card with two banned cards that have been decide it
at the rule #1,you must open one of banned card that you got it at rule #1.
if the declaration succeeds, you can force two cards that you wish no longer to keep it,
to the player who received declaration.
if you're empty hand at this point, you'll be out of the game.
the cards that the player was trying to use who received the declaration,
they are going back to the player who received declaration.
And if the declaration fail, draw two cards from the deck.
you will process the cards that the declared player is likely to submit as usual.
the player who showed a banned card draw one card from the deck instead,
and that makes it a new banned card.
However, if you take a "virus" at this time, put it in the bottom of the discard pile.
Repeat the same thing until you draw a card other than 'virus'.
(10)the player with empty hand at first will win the game.
you can be out of the game with MASK as last hand, but you can't be out with banned card.
when you get to out of the game, you must show your two bannded cards.
The game is over when one player gets out.
